Returns & Exchanges
We’re very sorry you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we want to minimize return shipments to protect the environment, we must ask you to carry the delivery fees for the shipment.
We gladly accept any unused items from caseXy that are in the original packaging and are in resellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange;
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging;
- Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned;
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Received a Defective item? If you believe you have received a defective item, please write to us so we can resolve this issue immediately
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date;
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item;
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable;
- An order can only be exchanged once.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Items that have been damaged as a result of consumer use;
- Items that have been damaged by another third party person (delivery included);
- Products that failed as a result of mechanical damage.
HOW TO GET A REFUND:
- Open the refund page on a new page;
- Enter your order information (order number, phone number, and your email);
- Submit your return request;
- Wait 1-3 days for the return to be processed.
Attention, we do not cover the cost of shipping on returns.
